THE MYWAY FOUNDATION

The MyWay Foundation, founded in 2013, concentrates on supporting young classical music talents in their professional career. In the first year of operation, the Foundation took four exceptionally gifted musicians, students of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, under its wings. For several months, Jennyfer Fouani (a flautist), Agata Nowak and Magdalena Langman (violinists) and Szymon Zawodny (a saxophonist) benefited from the professional support of the Foundation in the form of training courses and workshops in such areas as copyright management, finance, motivation and stress management.

Apart from workshops, they were provided with individual multimedia portfolios including professional recordings of musical pieces, their biographies, videos, professional photo shoots and websites: a basic set of marketing tools facilitating the start of career on the music market in today’s age.

THE KRZYSZTOF PENDERECKI EUROPEAN CENTRE FOR MUSIC

A unique project on a global scale: the first such centre for young music talents in Poland and Europe. The centre is a meeting point for talented artists, young musicians and excellent pedagogues and the area for experience sharing and group education and development. The idea behind the foundation of this outstanding place was to create the conditions enabling young music talents to compare their skills with each other and learn from unquestioned authorities of the Polish and European musical world. The centre operates in the rhythm of music all over the year, inviting both artists and audience to concerts, festivals, courses, seminars, meetings and music workshops.

The facilities of the centre in Lusławice include a concert hall for 650 spectators, a didactic area including rooms for individual and team rehearsals, a library and the living area with bedrooms for programme participants: tutors and young artists. The modern architecture of the Centre is harmoniously integrated with the surroundings, which makes it a perfect place for creative activity.
